The Institute for Resource and Security Studies (IRSS) is an independent, non-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) corporation, registered in Massachusetts.  Funding sources for our work include grants from foundations or public agencies, contracts from public interest groups, government agencies or international organizations, and gifts from individuals.
